- a green "OK" sign will appear on the computer screen, in the "Download only" FlashTool field, tick ONLY the "system", "cache" and "userdata" lines, click "download", then again press the "On" buttons at the same time. power "and" Volume down "for 15-20 seconds;
- then simultaneously press the buttons "Volume up" and "On. power "and restart the smartphone in recovery mode;
- load latest firmware(for version G);
- we connect the smartphone to the computer, in the “Download” field, tick ALL the lines and click “Start;
